THE ROLE
- Coordinate activities of the existing SAP Security team with Development and Infrastructure teams
- Support the definition of best practices in development and security rules under the global security policy
- Get support from Product Owners & Product Developers to ensure developments are well executed
- Coordinate the identified projects:
- Formalization of RFPs
- Coordinate actions for defining the best network segmentation and related infrastructure
- Coordinate the SAP upgrade project on the existing ECC perimeter
- Coordinate the implementation of the recently chosen SAP Data Refresh tool
- Consider the impacts related to the future S4 Hana migration
- Ensure compliance with global ways of working and standards
- PMO tasks: estimate, plan, manage, report progress, clarify requirements, budget management, reporting, and establishing governance
Must have competences
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in SAP environments
- Extensive knowledge in security issues (access management, segregation of duties, vulnerability mitigation plans, architecture design)
- Experience in coordinating security projects in SAP environments
- Ability to support the definition of best practices and security rules
- Experience in coordinating network segmentation and infrastructure actions
- Fluency in English
Nice to have competences
- Experience collaborating with Product Developers and Owners to ensure development quality
- Knowledge in implementing data refresh solutions for development and quality environments
- Experience with S4 Hana migration projects
- Familiarity with global standards and ways of working
- Experience in project management and reporting (PMO)
